Returns Policy

At we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods:

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and notify us as soon as reasonably possible if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. This can be done in writing to:

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by you to us at:

You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

We ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging to return the goods and send it with the delivery note.

If you received the item via Royal Mail, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return the goods.

You are responsible for the items sent back to us until we have received them through the post. If the Parcel goes missing before we receive it you must claim through the poastage company. I suggest you insure your parcel with the post office or use recorded delivery which can be traced.
